Urban Collective's Workout & Receivership Services are directed by Phil Cutting and UCS's strategic partner Tom Hebrank. With over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, Mr. Hebrank is a CPA as well as a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor. His workout experience spans from the RTC workouts of the early 1990's, to more recently directing numerous receivership, bankruptcy cases, and forensic accounting assignments. Mr. Cutting, Director of Operating Businesses at Urban Collective, has provided turnaround and receivership services for over one hundred properties throughout his career. He has over 40 years of experience in the start-up, management, renovation, and development of operating businesses, automotive service facilities, agricultural farms, hotels, golf courses and marinas.
